Help for getting around our website
Tips for beginners
Across the top of each page, you will find our main navigation channels. These will take you to a landing page for that section, where you will find an overview for each item in that section.
On the left side of the page, you will see that each main section has an expandable navigation, giving you a more detailed view of that section. The expandable navigation will allow you to "jump around" the site faster.
Just under the banner for each page, you will see a breadcrumb trail. This trail shows you where you are within the site. You can move backwards to the main sections by clicking on the link in the breadcrumb trail.
Using your browser's back <- button will take you back to the page you just came from. You can always use your back button to get back to a page, if you don't remember where it was located.
Text links are blue text (although this one doesn't take you anywhere).
If a link takes you outside of the Wesley Mission website, a new browser window will open up. These links are displayed with the 
icon.
If a link takes you to another section within the site, that page will open in the same browser window.
If your browser is an older style browser, or will not download images due to high security settings, you will see a text description of the images instead. Holding your pointer over an image will also give you a text description of that image.
In the centre of the page, you will find the relevant content for that page with links to more information and to the relevant Wesley Mission centre site.
On the right hand side of the page, you will see more links to other items that we feel might interest you, so that you don't have to go hunting for them.
Our home page
To make it easier for you to locate our different types of services, the home page provides navigation that breaks our services down into categories: Christian Life, Wesley Impact! and Our Services, as well as provides you with access to information about Wesley Mission, the latest news and ways to get involved. Whether you’ve come to this site to worship with us, or whether you need services or want to become a volunteer in your community, our website will show you where to go and whom to contact.
Everything you’ve wanted to know about Wesley Mission can be found under About Wesley, at the top of the page. You can learn about our history, how we are governed, our philosophy and how to contact us.
If you are looking to worship with us, please click on Christian Life at the top of this page. Here, you will find our congregations and worship times, contact information for our pastors, as well as archives of past sermons, fellowship groups, and information on pastoral services for the community.
In the Wesley Impact! section, you will find information about our television program and our publications, including detailed sections on our major research reports that cover issues including mental health, homelessness, child and family issues, and financial stress. There is a wealth of information and useful tools such as budget planners, quizes and videos to provide insight into these issues.
If you are a person in need, or know someone in need, please click on Our Services at the top of this page. From the menu that appears, you can choose Aged care services, Respite services, Camps and conferences, Child and family services, Counselling services, Disability services, Employment and training, Mental health services, Homeless services, Training and education services and Youth services. If you know which Wesley centre site you want to visit, you can find it in our A-Z centre site index.
We try to keep you up-to-date on the News, too. You can read current and archived press releases and check out our media library.
Wesley Mission provides ways for you to get involved in your community. Whether you want to donate to your favourite cause, volunteer your time and talents, donate items to our Wesley Markets, remember us in your Will, purchase flowers for a loved one, or uphold your corporate responsibility in a partnership with us, or find out what employment opportunities are available, we can show you how to do it.
